Three Anchor Bay is a small, mostly residential pocket between Sea Point and Green Point, sharing much of their dense, apartment-heavy character. Garden space is limited, and our work here tends to be complex grounds maintenance or individual trees on the smaller number of freestanding properties.

Like the rest of this stretch of coast, wind and salt exposure are the main factors we check for when assessing tree health here. Complex and body corporate grounds along this pocket of coastline often need more frequent maintenance than equivalent inland properties, given how quickly salt air can affect foliage and branch condition.
Freestanding properties in Three Anchor Bay are less common than in Sea Point or Green Point, but where they exist, we assess them the same careful way, checking position, exposure and structural condition.

We work with both body corporates and individual owners here, always starting with a free, no-obligation on-site visit.
