Properties here tend to be larger than in the denser parts of Cape Town, which means tree work is often larger in scale too, bigger stands of trees, more substantial site and plot clearance, and estate-style gardens that need a crew equipped for scale, not just single-tree jobs.

Somerset West and the surrounding wine estates bring mature trees planted decades ago alongside working agricultural land, and properties closer to the Helderberg foothills often have larger, well-established trees that have grown undisturbed for years.
