Century City is one of the newer, purpose-built developments in the Northern Suburbs, with canal-side residential complexes alongside offices and retail. Most tree cover here is deliberately planted landscaping rather than old, established growth, so our work often focuses on maintaining younger trees and complex grounds.

We work regularly with body corporates and property managers across Century City’s residential and commercial developments. Canal-side plantings need particular attention given the moisture and reflected light conditions along the waterways, different maintenance needs to a typical dry-land garden.
Given how recently much of Century City was developed, most trees here are still establishing themselves, so formative pruning is more common than major removal work.

We coordinate with body corporates and facilities managers on ongoing Century City grounds care, always starting with a free assessment.
